On the day that President Barack Obama signed health care reform legislation, Attorney General Tom Corbett, a Republican candidate for governor, was slammed by Democrats for his decision to join a lawsuit that calls the bill unconstitutional.
Pennsylvania's top law enforcement officer, whose Bonusgate prosecution against state legislators and staffers resulted in mixed verdicts Monday night, said the suit "seeks to protect the citizens of Pennsylvania whose rights will be violated when the health care reform legislation ... is signed into law by President Obama.'

Three cheers for Corbett.
I wonder what Astro and Roger Manning think about this.
“state Democratic Party Chairman T.J. Rooney”
Wow, the Prince of darkness is upset. I am shocked.
Excellent move by Corbett.
What a load that is. Political posturing is not allowed? Who knew?
Corbett is doing something right when the gates of hell open their pieholes in protest.
Democrat Governor Ed Rendell is a huge Obama supporter and told BOR that obamacare is wonderful legislation.
Do not forget Fast Eddie went to Florida in 2000 to help void soldiers votes from overseas!!!!Americans DO NOT FORGET THIS!!!!!!!!!
Good. We have a public union pension that is going to be disastrous starting next year. Add Obamacare’s Medicaid increases to the States, along with the additional taxes and we will be bankrupt. Give Tom Corbett credit for signing in to stop this madness. When people eally start going hungry, it’s going to get very ugly. I’m not in the city but I feel like moving to the wilderness and living off the land...and PROTECTING what I’ve put away.
Talking points is all they know, it seems. Not an original thought nor legitimate debate to be had with any dim.
Oh I remember.
I hate that slimebag.
