Let's put it this way.....Had this incident actually occurred, what are the odds that charges wouldn't have been filed?

In addition, now the Democrat members of Congress are claiming they've been threatened while others are claiming they were called derogatory terms, all by the tea partiers I presume.

Doesn't this seem awfully similar to the 2006 Duke University lacrosse case??

I think the dems-marxists knew there would be a backlash so they are trumping all of this up to demonize everyone who's against the HC crap to distract from the bill and their socialist takeover of everything good about America. It's all trumped up. I think rabblerousers from unions are behind this stuff.

I don't know anyone thinking this way. However, defeat at the ballot box in Novemnber is still all systems full speed ahead!

There was a security escort right there. She didn’t grab the guy so it couldn’t have been what they’re making it out to be.
If some stray spittle came out of smeone’s mouth while they’re shouting that is normal. I didn’t see it but the Congressman obviously reacted to something.

But It wasn’t like it was intentional, like a hock ‘em back and let fly ala Rose on the Titanic.
