At least 10 Democratic members of Congress have been offered increased security attention in the wake of last weekend's health-care vote, House leaders said Wednesday, after some Democrats received death threats and others' congressional offices and Democratic Party campaign offices were vandalized.

A gang based in Washington DC has been threatening me if I don’t pay them 1/3 of everything I earn - can I get some extra security too?
L
Never any outrage over that. The left encourages violence and excuses it for their ends.
And where were these folks when Palin's children were targeted and her church burned?
Are they going to offer it to everyone else too?
I would only condone violence in the most extreme circumstances. I would never condone violence toward worthless pieces of excrement who aren't work the prison time.
1/3? Lucky dog. Add in SSI and the employer match, it’s closer to half. And let’s not even get into state taxes.
Lawmaker's Son Charged in Tire-Slashing Sowande Omokunde, son of Rep. Gwen Moore, D-Wis., and Michael Pratt, the son of former Milwaukee acting mayor Marvin Pratt, were charged with criminal damage to property, a felony that carries a maximum punishment of 3 1/2 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Well, are the children of a Congressperson fair game, like Louise Slaughter’s? What about the nephews and nieces of a Congressperson?
The FBI is investigating cut propane lines going into the house of Rep. Tom Perillo’s brother, after the brother’s address was posted by mistake as the Congressman’s.http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0310/34934.html The address was posted on a blog run by a guy affiliated with the Lynchburg (VA) Tea Party, along with an invitation to the readers to stop by and pay this guy a call.
Is this considered opinion of Freepers that the outrage over PPPCA justifies attacks? Is violence justifiable? Would it serve as a defense in a court of law if an arrest is made?
Here’s a question that I’ve been thinking about, because I live in NJ, which has a lot of Dems. How should I treat my neighbors, who are ardent Democrats? They’re nice people and we’ve always gotten along well. How should Conservatives living in areas that are politically mixed behave towards the Libs that they may know?
I am not willing to commit violence against my neighbors or their property because of their political beliefs. Is that the wrong attitude to hold?
Or, it could mean that some folks have come to the conclusion that talking has proven to be ineffective...
Probably not true, if for some reason it is, not surprising.
Like the spitting and racist name-calling of the Dem reps going into congress -- could it have happened? It's possible. But there is such an absence of supporting evidence, it becomes curious. Why wouldn't the congressthing have scurried to the nearest sympathetic MSM camera to get broadcast proof?
Now that there are claims of death threats, every "me-too monkey" up there will have to come out with claims of their own endangerment, to bolster their 'courage in the face of adversity' Mitty-dom.
They need to name them..my guess is the black caucus
Night of 1,000 bricks for 219 pricks!
They need public sympathy because they’re running awfully low on it.
Alec Baldwin and Bill ClintonPeople are surprised that a supporter of President Clinton would suggest -- no, urge -- that House Judiciary Committee Chairman Henry Hyde be stoned to death and his family killed.
That's what actor Alec Baldwin reportedly said on a recent airing of "Late Night with Conan O'Brien."
No 'reportedly' about it. He said it in a spittle-flecked rage on Conan's nationally broadcast TV show. Not one word of outrage from a Dem politician or talking head.
Very Well said. We had the best health care in the world but they will make sure we can’t have it anymore. They are the new Royalty and are entitled to everything we aren’t.
