No, if the republicans get into power, the Dems will let Zero get impeached. They don’t want to end up out of power and permanently kicked out for enabling Obama in his merry spree of destruction of this country.
Prominent Democrats might very well act in concert with Republicans to have him impeached. Then Biden will be President and he’ll sign bills that the government sends to him to rebuild the country while Zero moves away to rule Haiti or something.
Yes, I admit I’m not clairvoyant and I can’t see the future... but as much as another person can make a judgment call about this ... that’s my judgment call... :-)

I’ll say that same thing that I was saying when I pointed out that these court cases against Obama were going absolutely nowhere and were totally fruitless. I was assured that they were ‘indeed” going to get results, and evict Obama from the Oval Office.
My response to that was, “Well then, we’ll see, won’t we?” [and we have seen...]
And likewise here, “We’ll see, won’t we?” :-)
IMHO, this is just "whistling past the graveyard." The big states shall soon be completely inaccessible to the Republicans because of (a)Absolutely Mind-Boggling Fraud, (b)The sea-change in our population due the vast immigration (legal AND Illegal). They both vote.
BHO, Jr.'s numbers are always reported around here as "way down." BFD. Even taking back the House is a crap-shoot for next Fall. IMHO opinion, our only way out is a revival of States' Rights. The constitutional pendulum has swung too far towards Federalism. Conservatives can effect local elections, and there will always be conservative states. Somehow, they must regain their sovereign powers under the Constitution. Montana doesn't have to go to Hell with Michigan. Idaho can offset Connecticut. Etc. The Federal Government is going to rest on the voting power of "New Americans," including citizen-ized illegals and their all-too-numerous offspring.
With strong state governments, the ability of a President like Kenya Boy and his millions of "iffy" Americans (like himself) to Tuck Things Up can be curtailed.

LOL ... well, we can go further than that... every order Obama has issued has been illegal, any action he's taken as President has been illegal, no legislation that he's signed has been legal, no Executive Order he's signed has been legal -- absolutely nothing he's done has been legal. And if he's not the President -- then this is the exact conclusion you have to come to.
HOWEVER, go ahead and take that stance and see how far you get in the "real world" ... LOL ...
The "real world" and the "Obama Derangement Syndrome" types (some of whom we see here on Free Republic) -- don't work together...

The president is bound by every law that we are. If he has violated or violates any significant law he can be tried in the appropriate court, found guilty and sent to prison, just like anyone else.
It very hard to believe that barry is not guilty of many things. All we need to do is a little research to find how many: Smoking dope, selling dope to his friends, etc, etc, etc…
If it can be proved he is NOT an American citizen - I would think he COULD be removed from office - AND HUSTLED OFF TO PRISON!
Well, if one could prove that very thing... that he was not born here in the United States -- yes, you would have something concrete.
BUT considering that the very state agency that produces proof (by way of printing out a certified copy of a Birth Certificate) says that Obama was born here, that's not going to happen.
The State of Hawaii, the ones who print out the ceritified copy of a birth certificate, if one is required by a court of law for Obama -- has already said that Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural born citizen.
I don't think anyone is going anywere with the "birth certificate" issue... :-)

As far as addressing the issue from an official State of Hawaii pronouncement, since they are the holders of the original information, and have certified as a statement from the State of Hawaii (again the original maintainers and certifiers of that information) regarding the birth of Barack Obama -- this seems to wrap it up.
It doesn't get any more original or any more certified than this, as far as state records are concerned.
If they are lame ducks, then they don’t have to do anything regarding their constituents. They will have just been fired, but still able to vote for a couple more months.
A few more Republicans in the House and Senate would be a start...
He is ours as de facto POTUS until 2012. Two chances of removal: Slim and none.
Of course, that could take until 2025, or until the Depression is over, or until the President is Mexican-born.

Sorry. If its there and he wants to confirm its existence, HIS word its there is NOT ENOUGH. WHY didn't he produce a copy? Why doesn't Obama?
Just because this guy is a government official doesn't mean his testimony is unimpeachable.
Lying ain't a crime unless you do it under oath of truth in a court of law.
