The libs of course tried to make fun of the idea-calling the proposed country Jesusland, but aside from that, the idea isn't at all repulsive. I think that the working conservative base of America could get along one he11 of a lot easier/better alone, than it can having to deal daily with the whiny, hand-out, liberal albatross around our political/economic/social necks. It would require a move for me, as well as a divestiture of some property in another liberal mecca, but I'd do it in a minute in order to live in a country like the U.S. was designed to be.

I’m not sure Canada would want to unite with the blue states. Canada isn’t as socialist as America is.
In my opinion, the last Civil War settled this one question without equivocation: It only takes 4 months for a group of states to completely replace the Federal Govt. with a new one, put together huge standing army and a reasonable navy, elect nation legislature. 4 months!!!! Think about that, they did that in the age of the telegraph. Today, it would probably take one month. The long collective nightmare could be over in one month!!!!
Canada doesn’t need those leftovers, thanks.
We are a big country. We should split up. It’s obvious the “United” States is not and never will be again. We can do it peacefully or eventually there will be a war and nobody really wants that. The hatred is too great, the divide too wide, it’s NEVER coming back. We are a nation divided and as the hatred grows, the
I never could figure out why we let Communist openly operate in our country. Why are they here? In a constitutional republic? For one reason... to destroy it. Liberals are now progressive, progressives are nothing but Marxists.
I'm not at all sure the state boundaries would be inviolable in any sort of serious unpleasantness.
Hey, don’t forget Sussex County Delaware—we’re red as they come. We’re the southernmost county in the state. The Delmarva peninsula is pretty conservative also.
I should have listened!!
When I was a child and then a teenager in the 50’s, it was not uncommon to hear the phrase “Save your Confederate money, the South shall rise again”!
Damn if it might not just come true!
