My read is that impeachment would be the solution. This may be why impeachment can be widely defined.
As to the background check on eligibility, the process is up to the House. Perhaps after this they should pass some rules.

I see that non sequitor seems to have cleared it up. No induction scheme, no need. Hopefully we may find out more yet. This could be the Achilles heel here, because it sure is the signature of the now President.

1-S(H) Student deferred by statute (High School). Induction can be deferred either until graduation or until reaching the age of 20.
1-S(C) Student deferred by statute (College). Induction can be deferred either to the end of the student’s current semester if an undergraduate or until the end of the academic year if a Senior.

Last time I checked, a two-thirds majority overrides a veto. If the people are mad enough, with the whole House up for re-election this fall, you just never know.
Were it me, and even a simple majority of Republicans are elected in the House, I'd tie up the whole Federal monster in the budget process. Shut FedGov down, and explain to the American people exactly why. It's time to play hardball.
Couldn't swear to it, but I suspect there is some sort of "Conspiracy Theory" generator software that allows you to enter in a bunch of names, organizations and geographical locations, and it will put it all together for you...and even make it sound plausible.
That's what that essay sounded like to me. A collection of all the latest buzzwords and current events, that well...don't add up.
I mean can you really, on one hand, claim Obama is ineleigible to be president, while on the other hand, in the same conspiracy theory, claim that he worked for the CIA against the Soviet Union in the 80's, which would mean he was doing Ronald Reagan's bidding?

I second this statement! Instead of “let the games begin” it’s “let the names begin”.
Some of this stuff is pretty nutty. But when I come accross one of these articles I always wonder why the original narrative began as a lie. This administration has had vetting problems with its nominees. Wonder if this was just another vetting issue? (Tongue in cheek on that last sentence)>
