In a press release just handed to Fox by the FBI, the six Michigan residents, two from Ohio, one from Indiana are charged with “seditious conspiracy.”
Reportedly, Hutaree is accused of attempted use of weapons of mass destruction. Charges range from August 2008 to today. The militia group Hutaree are said to have conspired to oppose by force the authority of the US Government.
The members viewed local, state and federal law enforcement as "the brotherhood," also known as their enemy, and have been preparing, the FBI says, to engage them in armed conflict.
According to one plan released by the FBI, the group was to kill a law enforcement officer, then during the funeral precession, hit again with IEDs to kill more LEOs.

Is that what the indictment says? I haven’t read it yet. BTW..What about the Black Panthers and the Nation Of Islam militias? I have looked at some of their websites in the past.They all want to ‘kill whitey’ and pose with their automatic weapons online all the time?! Zip Zero Nada from this adminstration. Islamic radicals run militia training camps in our own country...Zip Zero Nada is done about them either!

All I ask is details. What did they do so that you know that you know that this isn’t simply one man’s interpretation versus another’s.

With these words, the Government can pass any law and you are not allowed to fight for your liberties in any way, no matter how heinous the law.

The media is no more "our very own folks" than the Klan, CAIR or the New Black Panthers.
They're the only ones left with Constitutional rights.
Along with members of this forum being set up and arrested.

Nine members of Hutaree - described by authorities as an anti-government extremist organization - have been indicted on federal charges of attempting to use weapons of mass destruction.
At least one member of the group lives in Washtenaw County, and the indictment charges that group members trained in Lenawee County as they "conspired to levy war against the United States."
The indictments were released this morning, two days after numerous raids in southeast Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. Among those charged are six Michigan residents, two Ohio residents and one Indiana resident.
The federal indictment charges that the leader of Hutaree, David Brian Stone (known as RD), was plotting to kill an unspecified member of law enforcement. It says the plan was to kill an officer and then attack law enforcement vehicles with improvised explosive devices when officers gathered for that officer's funeral.
Charged in the indictment released today are:
* David Brian Stone (RD) of Clayton, Mich.
* David Brian Stone Jr. (Junior) of Adrian (the son of David Brian Stone)
* Joshua Matthew Stone (Josh) of Clayton (the son of David Brian Stone)
* Tina Mae Stone of Clayton (the wife of David Brian Stone)
* Joshua John Clough (Azzurlin) of Blissfield
* Michael David Meeks (Mikey) of Manchester Township
* Thomas William Piatek of Whiting, Ind.
* Khristopher T. Sickles (Pale Horse) of Sandusky, Ohio
* Jacob J. Ward (Jake) of Huron, Ohio
All face charges of seditious conspiracy; carrying, using and possessing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence; and attempting to use weapons of mass destruction. Some also face additional charges.
I am 100% convinced that Obama, and crew are giddy right now because they got this group, but in this case the enemy of my enemy is certainly not my friend!
So, have you seen any details about earnest preparation.

Agreed...I'm just a little nervous about the filters the facts might be run through before surfacing.
Anytime I hear the feds make a pipe bomb case against gunnies, I think of how easy it is to gin up a bogus case againt any ammunition reloader.
Gunpowder, plus random crap in any garage, basement and workshop, plus one lie arm-twisted out of an ATF snitch, and they have a pipe bomb case.
Today, they could call the bogus “pipe bomb” a WMD.
How long before the headline is “Hundreds Arrested for Discussing Sedition on Conservative Website”?
“First they came for the militia and I didn’t speak up.”
The problem is in today’s justice system you’re guilty if they say you’re guilty. And I’m afraid they’re aren’t enough of us to change that.
