Well then. Guess the Administration will be appealing this one quickly to the appelate court.
Almost one wishes it could be expedited to the SCOTUS asap.

Indeed! Tell you what would just make this old heart go thumpity thump is a temporary injunction from this court, then upheld by the circuit court, bringing the implementation of 0bamacare to a screeching halt!
Does Judge Vinson have the power to issue an emergency injunction to stop this madness?
