Folks, you have to admit that we are a pretty disorganized bunch of patriotic rabble. Taking down dissenters wouldn’t be that difficult with all the resources that the jackboots could bring to bear.

For example — What if they took note of anybody making nasty comments on Free Republic, crosschecked that at the state level against any gun purchases made by the foul miscreant (you), and used that to charge “seditious conspiracy” and obtain a search warrant and otherwise ruin your life? And that’s just one example of how you could be supremely hassled.

Hopefully the case would be thrown out of court but by then you’d be saddled with a damaged reputation, huge legal costs, trouble getting your property back and all manner of other difficulties.

This is a great time to be paranoid, for those so inclined ... lol

Amazing isn't it? They worry about me so much they put up camera monitored traffic lights, speed cameras, and a spy van as they call it to randomly run the streets checking for traffic violations.. Yet on the west end of the county where the DOD Crown Jewell is they blatantly ignore such things as illegal aliens. Got a National Lab near by? Pay not attention to those foreign nationals running around town from nations wishing we ceased to exist. But my honest up front open political dissent is a risk somehow to the well being and future of our nation? Yep that sounds just like the way government thinks and operates these days.

If you have a website for your business, go check the visitors. You might be surprised how many times you have visits from dhs.gov. I certainly was. I hope they’re on the job for a “good” reason, but it does make me nervous when I see those visits.

I will be forwarding this thread to responsible LEO and other trusted acquaintances - and the serious patriots at Jackson, Benning, etc.

They are not unaware of the situation and far outnumber any that Present Mao-Mao (Junior) and Congressman Guam can muster....
