Why is Allan Keyes the ONLY marginally nationally known conservative to enter any lawsuit challenging Obama’s eligibility?
Why have none of the big, well-known conservative law firms such as the Center for Individual Rights supported any of the scores of eligibility lawsuits that have been filed?
The following major law firms all submitted amicus briefs in support of the partial birth abortion ban but none have submitted amicus briefs in support of any Obama eligibility lawsuit: Debevoise & Plimpton, O’Melveny & Myers, Morrison & Foerster, and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.

Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin has stated he will refuse deployment orders until the President proves he is a Natural Born Citizen.
The Army issued a counseling letter to Mr. Lakin, quoted in part below:
“On 30 March 2010, this command became aware of your intentions to refuse to follow deployment orders. Your stated reason for refusal was your belief that the election of the President of the United States is invalid because you believe he is not ‘native born’ [sic]. This counseling is to inform you that your deployment orders are presumed to be valid and lawful orders issued by competent military authority,” said the document from the “counselor,” Lt. Col. William D. Judd.
The letter reminded Lakin of his April 12 due date at Fort Campbell, Ky.
“If found guilty … you could be sentenced to dismissal from the service … forefeiture of all pay and allowances; and confinement for a period of months or years in a military prison,” the warning stated.
Jay: Notice the Army has taken it upon themselves to change the requirement from Natural Born to Native Born.

No....it's the ARMY that's using the term "native" born citizen. NOT Lakin. If you listen to Lakin's youtube video (or read the transcript), you will see that he (Lakin) CLEARLY refers to the actual requirement found in the Constitution..."Natural Born Citizen."
So, the question of the day is....why in the world is the Army substitution what Lakin clearly saying (NBC), for "native" born citizen? Why are they saying that Lakin is questioning weather or not Barry is a native born citizen...when Lakin didn't say that?
Could it be that the Army brass (& above) are attempting to confuse the issue?

It is a conspiracy theory. That many birthers contend Pelosi is aware of his non natural born status and isn't doing anything about it is a de facto conspiracy, or that the Dept of Health in HI is hiding his BC also makes it a de facto conspiracy theory.
Obama released his BC in 2008, factcheck.org reports they saw it, examined it and said it was good. The HI health minister saw it. There is no mention in the Constitution of a long form or short form being necessary, the state of HI doesn't even issue a long form anymore (in any case it only contains additional geneological information and is not necessary to prove citizenship, only the place of birth is necessary and it is clearly Honolulu). Even that law that says non residents can get a HI BC doesn't really prove anything, the law clearly states that your place of birth is listed even though you have a HI BC, To use an example from the dept of helath, if you were born in Bali your birth location is listed as Bali, not a place in HI.
This issue was taken care of during the campaign, everyone except a few have moved on from it. We may not like him for what he's doing, but attacking his citizenship isn't the way to go about opposing him, in fact it hurts the movement by tarring everyone as crazy.
Marxist? Yes. Socialist? Yes. Corrupt? Quite possibly. But is he allowed to be President? The only reasonable answer is yes, he was voted in, and confirmed.
Thats the last I'm saying on the issue, if by now people aren't convinced, its because they don't want to be. I've moved on, I suggest you do to.
I don’t know if the form at 197 is real or not, but I do notice the use of the term “native born,” rather than “natural born.”
There’s a difference.
I am wondering if they deliberately used the term “native born,” which is NOT what Lakin has specifically stated, to stall a courts martial. If they do not have the charge correct, and Lakin does not comply with his order to deploy, won’t they have to refile this charge since it is technically incorrect?
Can they charge him with being AWOL and imprison him while the technicalities are “sorted out?”

I don’t know if BP2 is an attorney or not, but I know he has run this case a million ways to Sunday around the pole and run circles around the troll contingent. His knowledge about all of this is stupendous.
That's further proof what I've been saying that it's going to be a toss up if we can trust our military to do right by the US if/when it comes to it. The rank and file will probably want to do right but they take orders from above. It's those higher in rank who will have to decide if they will stand behind the Constitution and freedom or become more greedy with power. Just like politicians, they start out loyal but then they get a taste of power. I hate to say it, but I think we are on the edge today. The tipping point. And we're wobbling....
