Lanny Davis, former special counsel to President Bill Clinton, campaigned for Sen. Joe Lieberman of Connecticut. Lieberman, despite his reliably left-wing voting record, infuriated the left for supporting the Iraq War. Davis found himself on the receiving end of “hate and vitriol of bloggers on the liberal side of the aisle” and “their extremism, bigotry and intolerance.” A friend and fellow Lieberman supporter, said Davis, became “fearful for his physical safety.”
“I held on to the view,” Davis admitted, “that the left was inherently more tolerant and less hateful than the right. … I have reluctantly concluded that I was wrong. The far right does not have a monopoly on bigotry and hatred and sanctimony.”

Socialism is un-American and anti-American because it takes away liberties and freedoms, placing far too much control of our lives with the state. Socialism, as a governing principle, has failed everywhere it has been tried. That's right people, socialism has a 100% failure rate at creating a happy, prosperous, free society.
Why would anyone favour it? Seriously, how could anyone get up in the morning and think "Yeah, socialism sucks, but lets work towards it anyway." Are you stupid or otherwise mentally deficient? Are you just plain old insane? Are you so narcissistic (like obama) that you think yourself better than everyone else, that socialism will be ok 'cause you'll be one of the elites in control?
So I can be arrested because I oppose healthcare reform. Come and get me. Served in the military makes me a right wing extremist. Own a gun right wing extremist. Vote republican, makes me a right wing extremist. Believe in God and serve within the Christian Church, makes me a right wing extremist. Believe in law enforcement, makes me a right wing extremist too. Now because of opposition to the healthcare reform (actually it is deformed), this makes me a right extremist. Gee I have a busy life just being an activist without even saying a word yet. Thanks Mr. pantywaist Pissant you have created or saved over 3 million conservatives in 6 months. 1) Fascists desired MORE government while Tea Party folks want LESS
2) Most Tea Party members would vote for Thomas Sowell in a heartbeat
3) Racism means that one believes one RACE is superior than another...besides a few loon fringe elements in any race,no one believes in this.
4) Many Fascist were pagans. Many Tea Party members are Christian or Jewish.

Actually anyone who cares to look up Benito Mussolini’s definition of what HE called Fascism will see that the definition fits no other person so well as it fits Barack Obama. The same people who call the Tea Party members fascists are supporting the real fascist and all the other little fascists in congress.

Last week when I was in Florida I actually heard a guy say “why would anyone oppose what Obama is doing - the only reason is that they’re racists”.
