I am starting to think that he is not only NOT THAT SMART, he may even have a stupid streak. Everytime he opens his mouth he loses more support, but he just can’t seem to help himself.

I am starting to think that he is not only NOT THAT SMART, he may even have a stupid streak. I have always shared your view, but the MSM keeps saying how "intelligent" and "brilliant" he is. Of course keeping Joe Biden around makes anyone look like a genius.
