“Even though I voted for him for the House, it’s hard for me not to still think of JD as that sports guy on KTSP.

None the less, McCain has got to go. He was a horrible presidential candidate, is a reliably frustrating Senator and should have been term limited out of Arizona politics a decade or so ago.

Good luck, JD! “

One thing that makes me really hopeful about J.D. is the last two years working as a conservative talk show host in Arizona. He’s listened to the people, he’s heard them.
Ronald Reagan did the same thing before he was elected and I think it gave him a lot of insight and direction.

You're right. He's been doing that for a long time. JD used to guest host on KFYI when it was still at 910. He's not for everybody, no one is, but unlike McCain he actually lives in Arizona, knows what Arizonans are thinking and what they think is important. McCain is from DC and knows what DC thinks is important.

I feel for Sarah Palin. She got stuck on the wrong side of the border when the war broke out. Hopefully, after the 2010 elections, the world will have changed a bit and we can all re-group and continue to fight the good fight with a better team.
