What a joke...in the history of the world there are few, if any, votes that are better litmus tests.
Most of them are big government. Vote them all out.
If that is the tack you want to take fine. But the bailout vote really doesn’t tell you much in contrast to anyone else in the senate. And his actions in most every other respect show a highly conservative voting record.
