Usually, am against self-help (vandalizing signs, etc.). BUT in this case I am with you. The law does recognize (narrowly but it is there) the idea of “fighting words.” That action is in that category IMHO. With his pants halfway down you could put quite the proper beat-down on the punk — sensitive areas all exposed and ready for boot toes.
I'd settle for just rubbing his face in it.
