"Outside the court, student Eric Lacust told the Boston Globe that he was angry that the three teens skipped court."

Can't that result in jail in itself? As for the library incident, how could someone NOT see this happening? Contempt of court?

"Sean Mulveyhill, 17, Austin Renaud, 18, and Kayla Narey, 17, were all freed today on personal recognizances as long as they left Phoebe's heartborken family alone."

So they actually had to PROMISE to not torment a grieving family?

"Judge Judd Carheart made the ruling in a brief arraignment which the three teenagers did not attend."

Isn't that illegal? Contempt of court?

"Narey’s lawyer, Michael Jennings, says threats are pouring in against his client over the web.

“She’s having a difficult time,” said Jennings. “She is a young woman, 17 years old and not used to being known around the world.”"

Not used to being known in the world? She was plenty used to tormenting and torturing an innocent child? She was more than happy to make life a living hell for an innocent girl. The fact that people are so mad as to threaten her shows me that there is hope for this country, that people are angry at this injustice.

Kids need to learn that there are consequences to everything you do, some kids have to learn the hard way!

In response to a couple of your points, Massachusetts allows arrestees to waive appearance for their arraignment.

That the lawyer is expecting sympathy for this monster is disgusting.

This is also interesting...from a substitute teacher at that school.
Cindy Kele, a former South Hadley High School substitute teacher, says she knew all about the bullying of Phoebe Prince well before her suicide. We asked her if she thinks school officials knew about it too. Kele said "I think that they had to have known before that unless they were totally not paying any attention to anything going on in the school. Then, you do have to question them being there, if they’re not doing their job."

Sorry, no sympathy from me. Not one iota. They earned this and need to pay a price. Now that they are on the rec’ing end, they don’t like it. Tough sh!t.

Maybe then, MAYBE, they will get a clue, but I doubt it.

I don’t tolerate bullies because I had to find a way to survive them. Unless you’ve been there, you don’t understand.

No sympathy for these cowards and low lives. BOO-HOO for them. They deserve the same hate that Osama bin Laden, Adolf Hitler, or Joseph Stalin gets.
