So, 13 isn’t as bad as many here are making it sound.
The rupturing of sex organs however does suggest something wrong, as sexual intercourse usually brings children rather than death... the story doesn’t say anything regarding the cause of the rupture (perhaps some degenerative illness impacted the organs) or, as some have suggested, sexual mistreatment.
