Coburn is all blow and no go. He thinks Nancy Pelosi is a ‘nice lady’ donchya know. He is saying things of late that make him sound more and more lib. The derailment of Tom Coburn is in motion.
I think it was Stupak himself that pointed this little vagary out in the Senate version.

The problem with Stupak is that he will get government benefits for the rest of his life (aren’t Cadillac healthplans wonderful? as well as pensions and other benefits). If he was retiring from a real job where he could produce something, he would have to work for healthcare and pensions. I hope he gets treated in the UP like he deserves to be treated — shunned with a new Republican representing him in Congress come November.

Sorry but I do not buy it, where’s the proof? Considering modern technology, email or phone threats can be traced and the perp arrested.
If someone really receives threats and they perceive them to be real they turn it over to the police or FBI and it is investigated. Where are the investigations?? Where are the people who have been arrested?

I do thank you for showing you are a true Democrat.
I told relatives for months that you would vote for Obama care
and take your 30 pieces of silver.
I pray Beck, Hannity, Limbaugh, etc. follow your career going forward
into some cushy, over-compensated jobs.
Of course, I’m sure there was no “quid pro quo”.

Republicans are going to investigate, indict, fine and jail.
On the other hand, I did mention before that look to Stupak for a bellweather on whether or not there would be elections in 2010. If he didn't retire, he got some inside info that they were to be suspended.
So for that reason, the retirement is welcome.
