I say Obama’s leaving Reagan out of the reason why the Cold War ended is ‘an unacceptable omission’

First lady Michelle Obama is descended from a South Carolina slave.

Dont blacks always claim this? Slavery ended 145+ years ago. Havent any free African people emigrated here since then? Why isnt anyone related to them?

I don’t think you can understand the Democrat party of today without understanding slavery and opposition to civil rights legislation in the 60s. Remember, it was Al Gore Sr. who filibustered the civil rights act. Furthermore you can’t understand the Democrat party without understanding the KKK. It was democrat Bedford Forrest who founded the vile organization. And it is the Senate’s senior member who was a Grand Klegel in the Klan.

Didn’t BHO just recently bow to a current slave-holder? The King of Saudi Arabia?

He should get out more — they already added the perfunctory “slavery is bad” language. It is unfortunate that some of us are so certain that slavery is bad that we sometimes for get that others have to hear it over and over.

It’s like when some of us forget that we are supposed to care about the color of people’s skins.

The omission was a mistake.
There should be an immediate inclusion decrying the stain of slavery as well as a pointed reminder that black people were sold into slavery by their own people.
This should immediately be followed by a prayer that the people of color who are currently being enslaved by other people of color around the world be liberated and freed, just like whitey did...

Jefferson-Jackson Day Jefferson-Jackson Day is the most common name given to the annual fundraising celebration (dinner) held by Democratic Party organizations in the United States.[1] It is named for Presidents Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson. Of course, the Dems only care about slaveholders some of the time. Why not disavow the Declaration of Independence? Or tear down the Washington Monument? Jefferson & Washington had slaves.

Fill in the blank with whatever because any sentence that begins Obama says immediately makes me think "I dont care" or "its a lie"

If it was a Democrat governor, Zero would have kept his mouth shut.

If it was a Democratic governor there wouldn't be a Confederate History Month proclamation.
