US officeholders — congressmen and senators — cannot be recalled, although there is a test case in New Jersey that may decide it definitively.
They can’t be recalled, but I think they can be impeached. It has only happened once that I’m aware of - and that was around 1800 - but I do believe that they can be impeached.
Of course with the idiots we have in there now, it would be a fruitless attempt.
