It is time for Mr. Steele to go.

Now, it is clear just how ill-advised a choice he was. Stories are pouring out of the RNC to the effect that Mr. Steele is demanding the Committee get him a private jet, which is a heck of a big bite. (I dont have one!) In the meantime, he rents one fairly often.
Mr. Steele is running up fantastic tabs at super-expensive hotels and restaurants, including some near me in Beverly Hills. Just recently it was revealed that the RNC had been billed nearly two thousand bucks for entertainment at a West Hollywood strip club called Voyeur.
Steele is doing the usual Obama lifestyle - only its at the expense of the RNC. People dont want to get rid of him because of his skin color.
Steele is dong horrible with fund raising too!
I suggest, Sarah Palin. She’s a great attack dog and brings in the money!
>>And what exactly would you have him do? I am happy with a do nothing ride along chairman ... Just stay out of the serious stuff.<<
How about someone who states a set of core Conservative principles and unites the party under them? Who makes it clear that the “big tent” is NOT one that accepts illegal aliens, baby-killers, large government backers and antisemetics.
Rather the “big tent” is anyone of any and every race, creed, color, sex, etc. who believes in personal responsibility, support for the Constitution, preserves the sanctity of life and limits government to only that which it can do.
How about THAT for starters?
Or is that asking too much for the Chair of the GOP?
You can have Steele if that is your cup of tea. He gave us obama, obamacare and will give us obama II and obamanesty.
Somebody gave my Mom a copy of Stein’s movie. She asked me if I would like to see it. I told her that Ben supported Franken.
She tossed it in the trash.
Where it belongs.
Ben wants our money for his movie and sends money and support to Franken.
I. Don’t. Think. So.
Don’t get me wrong, while an early supporter, I am one no more. I just accept reality for what it is, if we want it done, we will have to do it, forever. Plain would be nice, but I doubt the good old boys in the golf rotation would go for that — Do you think they would?
Yes, what you state, that would be good — but the likelihood of any leadership republican doing that, spouting Core Conservative values, while increasing slightly, is still very very low ... We still have a ways to go to get them trained and back on the reservation.
I would be satisfied if he would keep RNC people from the porn clubs :-}
I am afraid for the near term we are stuck with what we have, the heavy lifting will have to be done by the people. Sad, but it’s reality, best we just deal with it for now ... Right?
We seem to be doing all right, would you have thought the RNC would have put money on Scott Brown to win? Not likely.
No- all of these rino albatrosses need to stay.
We need examples of what we’re trying to wash out of the GOP, even all the debauched FL ones.
Grassroots, once perfected in a year or so, needs the contrast of RNC sluts to demonstrate what we wanted and accomplished.
We can prove who we ARE by keeping in the RNC that which we AREN’T, until we can bum rush them and take back over.
SARAH PALIN
an empty headed blowhard? Go look in the mirror.
Stein - kissing ass, liberals? Surely you must be mistaken. He use to be a liberal, but now a Conservative. Now, he is not Sarah Palin, but he is still Conservative... Where are you getting your information from?
Michael S. drove a big money fundraiser away. Sam Fox.
Sam is a guy who expects fiscal responsibility. The RNC under steele could not deliver this. Steele is a nice guy but we are play a game to win.
>>an empty headed blowhard? Go look in the mirror.<<
I see your invective encompasses the ever-incisive “I am rubber you are glue” argumentation paradigm.
I think that was used in the famous Skorsky-Halvolev debate of 1907, wherein I believe the judges awarded Havolev the win for his now famous and forensically unassailable response of the “raspberry.”
In his day, Gingrich didn’t give in to such political nihilism.
Of course, it is clear that today Gingrich is senile, given his actions in NY 23.
But back when, he knew what to do. So do most Conservatives and a few Conservative politicians.
Thank you for proving my point so quickly and decisively.
>>Thank you for proving my point so quickly and decisively.<<
And you, mine.
The press beat poor Newt into submission. But back then we did not have the offensive weapon of the Internet to get our truth out, or defend Newt.
Now things are different.
Circular firing squad forming...
Maryland “Freak State” PING!

The press didn’t beat Newt into supporting Scatchafratablast in NY 23.
But we need a new Contract With America. One that promises rewards for work and incentives for all to be productive and happy and to move their lives forward towards and in the American Dream.
Steele doesn’t even hint that is possible.
And Stein is just a shill for wherever his last dime came from.
Mitt Romney. The guy is a genius at making money and we sure as hell dont want him running for president.
after Ben donated to his good friend, Stuart Smiley, I stopped listening to his political advice.
