I think you're absolutely right. He certainly will be tried, and probably convicted, of missing movement and conduct unbecomming. If he's charged with failure to obey an order of his surperior then that superior will be this Colonel Roberts or an officer further up the chain. Obama will never enter into it.

And if he sues then he can't establish standing because he can't establish a causal relationship between his injury and Obama's actions. He'll go down in flames and it won't change a thing.

God Bless this man- he’s going to need a lot of prayer.

I'll say. He's blown his career. God speed.

Prayers for this brave soldier. And he is a soldier of our CONSTITUTION, unlike the Congress and White House who could care less about it.

NS thinks he has a crystal ball. If Lakin doesn’t get satisfaction in the military justice system, he will have standing to file a suit for wrongful dismissal against Obama and the government.

Lakin will have standing because you say he does? Now who has they crystal ball? Well, let's make sure the judiciary is aware that Red Steel has spoken and has rewritten the definition of standing for them.

be court-martialled for crimes

Something is @$$backwards here. I don't want to hear that's how it's always done because 'this' has never happened before.

This man took an oath, as they all did, yet they are not allowing him to follow it. In fact, all his 'bosses' should be tried for ignoring the Constitution regarding 'enemy within'. Do THEY have proof that Barry is eligible?

Lakin took the oath first, then became a officer. If he refused to take the oath - that pledge - he wouldn't be allowed in the military. They are preventing him from his first duty, obey his oath to his country.

IMO, they need to show him proof that he is wrong before any court marshall. He would ONLY be defying orders if Barry was legit. Does the military have proof of legitimacy and - being 'sworn in' is not proof. Any more than an officer being sworn in that doesn't take an oath. The reason for the existence of our military is to protect us. The military is ignoring their oath and demanding him to ignore his.

Guys, you are reading this wrong. The person with the Congressional Medal of Honor awarded at age 19 is the ONE WHO READ THE RIGHTS, not the one standing up to Obama.

And because you NS think he will not have standing? LoL!

You hope the civil courts will protect Obama’s backside as he is tooooooooo big to fail. Those days are rapidly coming to an end for the usurper. I’ve already proved you wrong once in the last 24 hours. We will just have to wait and see...again.

And somehow this is relevant...why?

I was wondering that myself. The brigade commander has the authority & responsibility to make the arrest. The decorations that he wears of not part of the equation.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but he has no choice but to obey orders and deal with someone in his command by the book. Failing to do so would result in two fine officers being up on charges. Col. Roberts would gain nothing by failing to uphold the oath he took. My guess is that LtCol Lakin is Army enough to understand what he's up against, and knows the only way to get at the problem is to break the rule(s) and handle the consequences head on, without blinking.

God bless him! I can't wait to contribute to his defense fund. I would love to see him collect over a million dollars for his defense.

Lakin will have his butt handed to him, as is proper.

Let’s see...in our system of government, does a LTC in the Army get to refuse orders from the President? Nope.

Oh wait, but Obama is an impostor. He only was allowed on the ballot in 50 states, won the popular vote, won the Electoral College, certified by Congress and sworn in by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court after the latter refused a case challenging Obama’s eligibility.

Hmmm...under the Constitution, is the President subject to the fancies of a military officer? I think not.

Has Lakin found it in himself to resign in protest? Nope. He collects the pay, but refuses to serve.

He’s a loser, and folks supporting him should be concentrating on fighting Obama where it counts - in elections. Donate to JD Hayworth, or another candidate of your choice - but $$$ to Lakin is money wasted on an idiot.

Or maybe Lakin will escort him out of office.

Col. Roberts was at age 19 awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, the only recipient of the nation’s highest honor currently on active duty in the Army. So now that the public knows, the public can demand that a man with such a reputation also defend the Constitution from its "other" enemies today. The public and the "right" media should get involved in this upcomg trial and demand Obama come forth with all of his background that questions his type of citizenship. Make it hard for such a trial to assist Obama in his ongoing secreting of documents. Make noise.

This could actually turn bad for Obama. While I’m sure Obama’s media foot soldiers will do their best to keep this quiet, it will eventually come to the attention of Joe Six Pack.

Will there be public outrage when Obama allows (by not intervening) a loyal officer to be court-martialled for serious crimes and sentenced to lengthy imprisonment and hard labor over a $12 piece of paper?

How will the sentencing of this officer be received by others in the military? Sure, some will say that he got what he deserved for disobeying a direct order. But will others begin to wonder why the staunch refusal from Obama to make absolutely clear that he is a natural born citizen?

Will instances such as this one escalate if the military decides that they’re being lied to regardless of whether or not a proper election took place? For the sake of discussion, let’s take it to the extreme and assume that an officer on duty in one our missile silos begins questioning the handling of Lt. Col. Lakin’s case and decides to join him in his refusal to obey orders?

Maybe I am naive about the innerworkings of the miliary, but this seems like it has the potential to snowball downhill quickly on Obama.

If he is court marshaled then IT IS ON !

Last report I read, have no idea how accurate or not, but something like 85% of our military are now firmly against the Obamanation.

I seriously have to wonder if not dismissing this like what happened with Maj. Cook, is deliberate. Deliberate on the part of the military powers that be to guarantee that one of theirs will be able to have standing in the courts and Obama is forced to reveal his hand.

So how far do you have your face up Obama's rear end?
