Col. Roberts was at age 19 awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, the only recipient of the nation’s highest honor currently on active duty in the Army.

And somehow this is relevant...why?

And somehow this is relevant...why?

It proves loyalty to his Nation, among countless other things.

Lt. Col. Lakin took an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies...not defend a Usurper or his lackeys. I have fears for this man and for what is planned for him by these same lackeys. WHY will Obummer not come clean and produce his birth certificate? Because he can’t. I hope Lt. Col. Lakin inspires others to follow his lead.

I was wondering that myself. The brigade commander has the authority & responsibility to make the arrest. The decorations that he wears of not part of the equation.

If you have to ask that I don’t think anybody can explain it to you

That didn’t apply to the situation at all. Someone found this information, and wanted to throw it into the article, but it is irrelevant to the subject (I am sure we all took those silly standardized tests about which of the following does not belong).

"And somehow this is relevant...why?"

MoH's aren't handed out like Cracker Jack treats or Nobel Peace prizes. This is no sadsack soldier this is someone who was awarded the highest praise the Government has to offer a member of the Military.

What it means is that Lakin is going to a court martial, having disobeyed an order from a CMH recipient.

He’s going to have to defend that to a military jury. He won’t be able to.

Exactly my thought. What the hell does that fact have to do with anything?

Sheesh!

because they were afraid brigade commander, Col. Gordon R. Roberts would not read him his rights and back Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin?
