According to Fox News, Maine is considering banning the little boys, little girls rooms, boys vs girls locker rooms, boys and girls sports teams, etc. Reason: Sexual discrimination.

There must be something in the fiddleferns that make the NorthEasterners act in this manner.

Kevin Jennings is already pushing for sex-ed in kindergarten. The sex-ed they want is “Sex Positive”, telling kids to go out and do it.

The acceptance of homosexuality in the public square requires generic bathrooms.

Follow me here.

Why can’t men use women’s restrooms? Because the bathroom is not a place where people want sexual interest or advances to be expressed.

So why can homosexuals use men’s restrooms? Straight men’s objection is identical to women’s objection to men in their restroom.

So, shall we have gay restrooms to avoid having gay men’s interest in other men occur in men’s rooms? What could possibly go wrong with gay restrooms? Well, I can think of quite a few public health hazards that might arise.

Given homosexuality in the public square, the only solution to inappropriate sexual attraction in restrooms is individual restrooms.

Or, I get to use the ladies room, right?

You know, if they’d just “change” things “over there” and not make the rest of us deal with the consequences of their stupidity,

I’d take more of a “live and let live” attitude towards them.

Just watched a man pretending to be a woman on Megyn Kelly on FOX. There is no longer any doubt that the inmates are running the asylum.

This deviant, disordered man with a straight face tried to say that a high school boy who thinks he is a girl, is really a girl and therefore should not be prohibited from using the girl’s locker room and bathroom or from playing on girl’s sports teams as a girl.

The manipulation of language with the claim that humans are “assigned” a gender at birth is what these crazy liberals do every day in their attempt to tell us that the sky is not blue, the grass is not green and that Obama is not a socialist.

Think of how I feel, living near this state of insanity. I hear nothing but crying, whining, and moaning from the Maine locals about how horrible the taxes are, how bad the roads are, but damned if they keep putting the same politicians into office up in Augusta every election, then crossing the border to shop in OUR tax-free stores in NH. Then again, what do you expect from a state that considers Obama’s Comfort Girls as Republicans?

I bet this means no more urinals. For the sake of “Potty Parity”. Eventually this will hit the Hospitality Industry. How far does this go up? Does U of Maine get the boot from Hockey East?

Why can’t a male found in a girl’s bathroom be charged with lewd conduct and be prosecuted as a sex offender? If I was a girl and found a boy in my bathroom, I would just stand there and scream rape at the top of my lungs until he left. I’d repeat the process every time it happened. The government is populated by the insane, so insanity is the appropriate response.

almost makes sense. *very* young children may need help in the bathroom.
women take longer than men. making bathrooms unisex can cut down on wait time.
however i’d only agree with this if these are SINGLE OCCUPANCY restrooms.

What grade or age are they talking about? Big difference between kindergarten and high school kids.

I bet he would be able to use the adults bathrooms, like the teachers and staff probably will.

Of course the same pack of idiots will the demanding punishments for sexual harassment be visited on any male whose natural hormonic response to sharing a locker room with partially (or completely) disrobed females fixes his eyes on any of several parts of their anatomy.

Having seen Maine's female senators, there is some logic to this.

This is what happens when equality becomes the litmus test for everything, even commonsense. The only way to obtain the Utopian goal of equality is through government enforcement led by a group of elitist. You have elitists demanding equality. How ironic is that? If the goal of a government were freedom or liberty, you would have a limited government and more personal choices. In a free society, not everyone is equal. Freedom means the freedom to fail. People that work hard and have abilities will be better off than others that are lazy and ignorant.

Exactly right. Same with the military. If openly gay men get to bunk with the straight men, then why would the straight men NOT get to bunk with the straight women? After all, not every straight guy is going to hit in a girl (echoing the oft-repeated “not every gay guy will hit on another guy” defense).

Women can be impregnated, but I doubt that’s the reason for the double standars.

I saw that too, but I have TV muted. I wondered if that was a man posing as a woman. My suspicions were correct.

This crap is getting to where un-civil disobedience is going to have to happen. I always said that the Loonies can do anything legal wise, but when they come for our children, people will put a stop to it (some won't, but most will). We have to stop listening to these crazies, or obeying their laws regardless of the consequences, because they DO NOT WANT TO LIVE. It took me multiple readings of Ayn Rand to understand what she meant when she said that.
