Another agenda driven piece of tripe. Do the crime, do the time. If black men don't want to be prosecuted for committing criminal acts, they have the choice to not commit them. The liberals writing this tripe also omit the impact of government welfare programs on the destruction of the poor black family. Interesting observation. Most black women seem really pushy to me, and I could see why no one would be interested. First, so many black men are incarcerated because they committed crimes, were caught, and then convicted and sentenced.

Second, the idea that black women can only choose from a supposedly small pool of black men is just racist and preposterous. Plenty of men out there.

Third, if Uncle Sugar had not taken the place of a committed husband and father in the home, not only would these “men” be holding down steady jobs and not in and out of prison, and these “women” wouldn’t feel that they have to be slutty baby factories.

How about getting black men to stop committing more crimes than anyone else for starters? Whoever heard of a “solution” to a problem that completely ignores the root causes of the problem in the first place?
Plus, why can't black women date outside their race? Where does it say black women(or women of any other race) only have to date exclusively men from their own race?
A good man is a good man, no matter what his race is. If you are a woman, and you can't find suitable men from your own race to date you, it's just stupid to go through life without a suitable companion, just because you are still waiting for the man of the "right" color to show up.

I don’t know about this ...

I know guys who were young and single (and a few who were in uniform) in Washington DC during WWII, at a time when young single women vastly outnumbered men (both single AND married). It was far from the “buyers’ market” (for guys) that everyone believes.

Even given the hypothetical scenario in this article (20+20, all single) there’s STILL going to be competition for the more desirable on both sides of the equation.
