In any jury trial he will get the opportunity to present his case. You seem to skip this step.

He will get that chance . Sort of . He will be allowed to introduce what evidence the judge decides he can introduce . He is screwed .

Ya, I just don’t agree with you. The trial will be out in the public domain and no military judge is going to deny a defendant every reasonable opportunity to defend himself.
