Now that it is plainly evident even prominent officials in Kenya believe Barack Obama is foreign born, it becomes a matter of historical accuracy and constitutional integrity that his life story be fully documented.
Long before Obama was elected president and ever since, the people of Kenya have spoken of him as one of their own. Even first lady Michelle Obama referred to her husband's "home country" as Kenya during the campaign. And now we have James Orengo, a member of the Kenyan Parliament explicitly characterizing Obama as one "born in Kenya."

Zero has spent untold millions, we will never know the true amount,to hide anything that shines the light of day on his past. One can only imagine the untold "nat. security " dollars spent to secure his past.
Compared to any President before him it's a huge sham,con and deceitful.
One would be foolish not to be suspicious.
The way it's going I think it will be a miracle if we get to vote in November!

So?...Why doesn't Obama do that? It is a simple matter for him to nod his head to his secretary and have this settled within the week. Only a guilty man would hesitate to do this.

And having spent millions of dollars keeping his personal information under lock and key so no one can get to it ever - it defies common sense and all vestiges of honesty of this president. It also casts concern about the nation's highest courts and what part they are playing in keeping this personal information withheld. Even education documents are "off-limits" to everyone. More and more it seems there is an " appearance of massive cover-up" involving all sorts of entities (courts/judges included). There should be NO reason educational documents are not released unless there is something in these documents indicating our leader is of "foreign" status.
I believe he’s a usurper; no question about it. However, his being reelected has nothing to do with whether he sucks or not. It has *everything* to do with nearly half of the country being freeloaders, non-payers of taxes, welfare addicts, etc. Now add to THAT number all of the illegals to whom BHO plans to give amnesty, and there you will have enough voters who will reelect him.
Yesterday I posted on another thread that I fully expect to see the *S* hit the fan between Labor day and Halloween. Be prepared for the “unexpected”, as this regime likes to say.
Perhaps that mistake is why Agnew needed to be replaced by Ford before Nixon could be impeached.

Then why were only part of all the births in HI listed in those papers?
I can’t remember the figures but very recently someone posted how many births there were that August in HI, and only some are in the newspapers. Others are not.
Any particular reason for that time period?
This is why is is vital that we take back the House and hopefully the Senate. If we do, we MIGHT be able to stop Obama from completely wrecking our country.
And THAT is called a Constitutional Crisis.
The highest courts are playing ‘affirmative action’ in refusing to deal with the legal aspects of this sonofabitch’s fraud. We no longer live in a We The People Republic, we live in a federal oligarchy.
I came to this conclusion several months ago, discussed it with some friends, and am sticking with this prognostication.
The manufactured crisis of Sept., 2008 worked exceedingly well for them, and now we know Cloward-Piven changes the rules in several ways.
First, the obvious one- October Surprises are no longer limited to occurring in October.
Second, the crisis will again be intended to affect the elections. While conventionally, these things are often a single event (releasing a story about a candidate, moving $500B out of the markets), these Progressives are creative, and not only have funding, and the MSM, but now they have fed govt power.
They want to exert that power, as we all know. This time, I am expecting a SERIES of events that will culminate in either suspending elections or imposing authoritarian measures that will result in micro-managing the election.
In order to do that, one simple event wont work. It will build, but won’t start until after the summer is over. It will fester, and the White Hut will let it come to a boil before it takes action.
And finally, this will be a test run for what they are planning for 2012.

This area of what we feel instinctively was called natural law, and is the foundation of the law of nations (lower case) which was in turn the basis for Law of Nations, the compendium by Vattel.
There were also very sound legal reasons since different nations had different claims upon people depending upon their implementations of jus soli and jus sanguinis. Whether the attachment is to the soil or the family bloodlines the core is that allegiances can best be ferreted by knowing family and friends. Anyone who has been the object of a security clearance knows from friends how thorough the FBI or military intelligence can be. How convenient that Barry/Barack didn't happen to have any living immediate family!
Hiding history as well as being born of a British Kenyan father is stomping on the Constitution - telling citizens, legislators, and lawmakers that the old laws aren't in effect now - and apparently Obama and his cadre were correct. With ridicule, threats, and our money being redistributed to buy influence he is effecting change we can believe in.
All those coincidental hints, grandma dying during the election, break ins in the state department disappearing records (and the bullet in the head of the perpetrator), could cause suspicion. It can only be conjecture, but the worrisome elements may be only to distract from the blatant fact, one which many find hard to understand, that our framers prudently required that our presidents be born of citizen parents. Our senators, all of them, understood that fact in 2008, when they voted unanimously for Senate Res. 511, asserting the John McCain was a natural born citizen because both of his parents were citizens. Even former federal judge Michael Chertoff said the same in judiciary committee hearings. They'll use the Constitution to qualify McCain, but not to disqualify Obama. They all know and apparently, don't care. Every senator of both parties (and the one or two independents) needs to be held to account. I suspect I won't be the only one remembering.
Part two of the SHTF depends on part one.
We can not be so naive as to think they will allow these elections to run “normally”, particularly when it appears the electorate is displeased with the regime.
If we are not prepared for these “crises”, we’ll be sitting at our PCs in December, saying, “WTH were we thinking- of course they were going to try to scam the elections!”
So, part two could get ugly. If the American electorate perceives that the regime is actually depriving us of free elections, Katie bar the door.
We may be simple folks- we like our Bill of Rights, Constitutional originalism, and we are G-d fearing and family loving people, but when it comes to these scum, we MUST think outside the box.
