Birthplace lawyer has another suit dismissed
Orange County Register ^ | 4/16/2010 | Martin Wisckol

Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz, who’s running for California secretary of state, has had another lawsuit thrown out in her effort to have President Barack Obama removed from office. Taitz alleges that Obama cannot legitimately hold the presidency because he is not a natural-born citizen.

After having a case thrown out by District Judge David O. Carter in Santa Ana federal court, Taitz attempted to have the case transferred to federal court in Washington, D.C., claiming that was the proper venue.

Orly has guts - no doubt about it and you gotta give her props for he efforts. That said, there's no doubt BO is hiding something on his BC, academic records, passport, etc if he's spent >$2million to keep them sealed. There must be some patriot who has access to these records and will "leak" copies of the documents.

Amazing how many Americans are still asleep and don't recognize the communist threat that is not only at our door but inside our homes.

LOL. I dunno about her methods (I personally am too uninformed to have a concrete opinion of Ms. Taitz), but her tenacity is second to none! The Founders PLedged their Lives, Fortunes and Sacred Honor for their cause, we don’t see much of that these days.

I’m sure she’ll make a fine CA SOS, once she figures out what the job description is...right now, she seems to think it’s the same job as the Attorney General’s.

Tilting at windmills? Perhaps. Necessary? Yep.

Interesting to note that one Judge says, “this should be refiled quo warranto, in DC”. Then, another judge says, “Nope, don’t think so.” Sounds like the stuff appeals are made of, but I’ll defer to the fine legal minds here, at FR.

I, along with a great many others, have a big issue with the whole ‘standing’ concept. It’s been argued here, ad nauseum, but it still just doesn’t make sense to rational people that a US citizen, or a member of the Armed Forces of the US, or a directly opposed candidate from the same election cycle...not one of them has ‘standing’ to challenge this pretender in the US Court system. It’s simply preposterous. A classic example of the frequent conflict between what is legal and what is right.

The American people are beginning to raise their voices, and the din will be unbearable even at the top of the ivory tower on which the anointed one stands, looking out over the dwindling throng of 0bamunists and other assorted enablers.

It’s time to take back the country. And, every one of these despicable legal shams draws us closer to what should be avoidable, but may become necessary.

These judges are all going to stand naked before The Judge who cannot be bribed, and account for their decisions.

You are a troll.

Always here to stir it up against any eligibility issues. I see you’ve now added non-post number 2 in this short thread to keep the ridicule stream flowing —your specialty.

Give the woman the credit she is due for pure conviction and courage in the face of institutionalized ridicule.

I’d love to see your face when something finally sticks ( not necessarily through Taitz who has been targeted successfully, including her own lack of strategic savvy—but when it really hits, and the bootlick O media can’t stop it—which is beginning)

Wherever he may have been born, ZerO is clearly hiding something (probably a lot.) I have absolutely no expectation that the courts will touch this, even with a ten foot pole, but Orly Taitz and others who are dismissed as “birthers” are performing a useful service by keeping the matter alive.

Someday the truth will come out - in the midst of the wreckage of the country.

I suspect Zero knows that he will ultimately “lose” these cases but if he can drag them out for several years he will have “won”. Curious. The final admission on his part that he knew he really wasn’t eligible ‘cuz his dad was Kenyan will probably be the final blow to what was once the U.S. Interesting times, fer sure.

“Standing” as a lawyer once told me “means whether the judge got some last nite, or not”.

Standing in a court case is the excuse used by a judge to not hear a case. Amazing that the ACLU always has “standing” no matter how vague or frivilous their case is....but someone asking Obama for proof of birth location.....nope.
