IIRC, UT also has the most students. (which would coincide with their results)

As a party school, the University of Miami is over rated, trust me. I think the reason it makes these lists is because it is in MIAMI, and Miami rocks, as far as partying goes.

ANY school can be a “top party school” if you’re getting drunk, high, and laid, all of the time.

It’s up to your individual responsibility and self-respect.

Hottest cheerleaders is USC.

And they're so smart!

All kidding aside, the USC cheerleaders have always been uncommonly beautiful.

At the time I attended UT Austin, you didn't major in engineering, architecture, chemistry, physics, math, computer science, pre-med, law or business AND party very much for very long!

Dang! University of Arizona didn’t even make the list this year. They were number 1 back in the 80s.

I'd be curious how "party" is defined in the term party school.

With all the nannyism these days, I'd guess we partied harder 20 years ago at my never-ranked Colorado State than they do today at U-Texas. Back then, the school itself threw keg parties on the lawn with barely a cursory enforcement of the new 21-year old drinking age.

Does any school do this today?

Oh yea. Austin rocks. My sons love listening to the bands of Austin’s many bars when they visit with us: tourism destination point for college kids. First time, they were terribly shocked as their east coast environment protrayed Texas as highly uncool. On the contrary...it has Boston beat tenfold.
