In New Orleans, a Secondline to Violence
The Tennessee Conservative ^ | April 17,2010 | Mick Wright

Radical anarchists and Leftwing extremists, spreading a message of violence and hate, marched directly to the scene of the crime. Their target: Gov. Bobby Jindal, his “rich” friends, and Republicans.

Is it just mere coincidence, then, that the victims of this assault were Republican employees of Gov. Jindal attending an expensive fundraiser, at the exact location, and at the exact time, that the protest took place?

Is it just mere coincidence that the perpetrators purposely targeted the victims and shouted insults at them concerning “money,” as Allee’s mother claims, and their being “nicely dressed,” as the police report states?

I don’t think so.

"My last trip to NO was downright nauseating. We had to walk around puddles of vomit, urine and human feces.

Sounds like my FIRST trip to New Orleans (and every trip afterwards).

Here is something I came up with, but practically writes itself....

"Show me someone who wants to vacation in New Orleans, and I will show you someone who has never been there"

"Now, if I go within 100 miles of nola..."

I used to live there too.

I never cross the state line into Louisiana unless I am well armed.

I lived there for 30 years...and although I long to play tourist again someday, that day is not yet....

“Show me someone who wants to vacation in New Orleans, and I will show you someone who has never been there”

You’re spot on with that! I took my daughter along on my last trip which was her first and last to NO. Let’s just say that she was underwhelmed by the place.

“Is it just me, or does Nancy Pelosi remind you of Frau Blucher?”

One of the reasons that people use the French Quarter as their own personal urinal/crapper is that most if not all bars and restaurants require you to purchace something from them in order to use their toilets.

Then you have the mounted police spreading horse manure/urine everywhere.
