Jerry Brown at the Labor Caucus at the California Democratic Convention 4-17-10. He seems a bit confused and rambles a bit. Looks to me like his age, 73, has caught up to him a bit. Sounds like my grandfather, always seaching for the next word in a sentence. LINK TO VIDEO

Either have many Californians but they will put him back in office. When he was in Oakland, the crime rate rose to the point it was higher than any city in the States.
