Republican State Attorney General Bill McCollum holds a narrow 40 - 36 percent lead over Florida Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink, the Democrat, in the race for Florida governor, while Floridians' view of President Barack Obama is up from a 45 - 49 percent negative in January to 50 - 45 percent positive today, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today.
Voters say 54 - 40 percent that it's a "bad idea" for McCollum to file a lawsuit challenging the federal health care overhaul. Voters say 38 - 28 percent, including 41 - 27 percent among independent voters, that it makes them less likely to support his gubernatorial bid, the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University survey finds.

BS. The Mason Dixon poll showed 25% of seniors and about 34% of Floridians support ObamaCare. McCollum was up 15 points.
Quinnipiac lies.
Quinnipiac = zero credibility
I have to question Quinnipiac’s accuracy. Their polls in Florida have been strange lately and in complete disagreement with Rasmussen and other pollsters.
the independent Quinnipiac................
I’d believe it. Charlie Crist is doing serious damage to the Republican brand in Florida. It’s going to be difficult for another Republican to get elected governor to replace Crist.
“Floridians’ view of President Barack Obama is up from a 45 - 49 percent negative in January to 50 - 45 percent positive today, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today. “
Quinnipiac is a BIASED POLL. The guy who runs it - Carroll - is a big LIB.
My guess is the figures are too close to call - but if those death panels start working, those old idiots down there who support this will live - or die - to regret it.
So they’ll vote for Sink because Charlie’s a bad Republican...that doesn’t make sense.
“Voters say 54 - 40 percent that it’s a “bad idea” for McCollum to file a lawsuit challenging the federal health care overhaul” Interesting since we’re seeing the number of people against Obamacare growing each week. In Fla. 66% of over 65s HATE Obamacare.
sink is a pro -obamacare, pro-homosexual based marriage, pro-guncontrol left winger who is now hiding her credentials as a leftist.
He probably oohed and awed a lot of people with the “land on an asteroid” speech last week; he always gets a bounce in Rasmussen also after a big TV appearance, like SOU.
This is just a leftist universtiy covering for satan’s boy.
LLS
They won’t necessarily vote for Sink.
They’ll just not vote for the Republican.
Which means they probably just won’t vote.
This isn’t everyone, just enough people to change the outcome of the election. It’s the same thing that happened nationally in 2006 and 2008.
The Quinnipiac poll is one of the phoniest left wing polls in existence.
Watching McCollum is like watching white paint dry.
Boring.
dawn53, I live just west of Port St. Lucie in a gerry mandered congressional district to insure a black guy is in congress.
Algie Hastings a disgraced impeached federal judge is my congressional criminal, NOTHING make sense.
Any wonder why I distrust and fear my gub mint?
I live in a gerrymandered district too. District 11, Kathy Castor’s. Take a look at the map (it’s specifically drawn to include the predominately black neighborhoods of St. Petersburg.)

Similar to me, you have non connected areas totaling the district.
Pubbies have run the state forever, why haven’t they redrawn the districts?
Also I lived for a long time on Davis Island in Tampa. That whole area as well as Apollo beach etc are lumped in with south St. Pete?
Ya ever go to Chattaways?
