There will be random raids on the American Public. You will be blood tested, breath tested and proctascoped to test for the salt level in your body. If you test a high salt content, you will be sent to the nearest Senior Citizen Center where you will live on cream of wheat, milk toast and prune juice until you repent and get with the program ;)

I picture the day when you show up at the government approved salt mine for your yearly ration. You show a card they sent you that shows you paid the salt tax.

After that, you go to line "B" with a card that shows you paid the sugar tax.

After that, you go to line "C"...etc, etc
