I don’t understand why the conclusions frustrate you. If we were doing a geometric proof, where you state what is already given, what you can surmise from what is given, and the law that justifies that conclusion... where would you say my logic is breaking down? Where does the law or logic not justify the conclusions I reach?
You’ve been very cordial to me and I appreciate that. I also get frustrated, but mostly because I don’t understand where the breakdown is occurring, don’t understand what you’re saying is unjustified and why.
I’m going to need to be somewhat distracted this week because of family stuff, but be assured that I took no offense at what you said and if I don’t respond it’s only because of time constraints. In due time I can make available whatever documentation you’d like to see.

Perhaps I heard wrong then. I was recently told by my brother-in-law that the guy got off scott free. Now I trust my brother-in-law and I am not sure where he got the information but this bears checking out then. I must ask him today. Thanks for the info. Makes me feel a very little bit better. CO
not sure now...but i seem to recall when I got the call for Iraq I was called to duty from the president of the united states...not my brigade commander....but then again i was in the guard
I haven’t gone back to check, but I think the President has to call a Guard unit into Federal service to deploy them with the Army.
