I would think that Obama's refusal to provide a certified long form birth certificate to even one state with a proof of eligibility requirement would be enough for at least some of his support to vanish. Of course I was convinced that the Democrat party elders would force Clinton to resign in the event proof came to light of sexual dalliances in the oval office, so I've been wrong before.
I like these proposed laws. However, unless they specifically state that some of the certification required is a copy of the “original” vault copy.....then Hawaii will just submit the same computer generated COLB they already have.
Also, in these laws someone needs to define, for that state, what NBC means. If they state that to be NBC you must be the child of parents both U.S. citizens....it would ignite a legal firestorm that would FINALLY force a series of court cases that would finally be decided by the SCOTUS. We may not like how the SCOTUS may rule, but at least they would have to.....they couldn’t punt anymore.
Because the Presidency is the ONLY office specifically required by the Constitution to be a Natural Born Citizen. Lesser offices have lesser requirements.
If there isn't a problem with Obama's birth certificate then these laws will have no effect on Obama. They don't cost anything more to pass and very little to enforce.
All states, especially those who believe and support Obama, should pass these eligibility laws to prove they are not "Birthers".

Reasons to hide that Malcolm X is your father... Remember we’re talking about the early 60s.
1. He was married.
2. He was muslim.
3. He (publicly) hated whites and it wouldn’t be good for his reputation.
4. It was a pre-arranged plan to hide an heir in a safe place?
Or there could have been any number of other reasons for keeping it a secret. Remember Malcom X was ultimately assassinated and that was blamed on whites for many years until Calypso Louie made that mistake during a speech.
It may very well be common knowledge in the inner circles of Black Chicago Politics, but that doesn’t mean it would be publicly acknowledged to everyone else. Do you think he would have won the election if everyone knew he was the son of Malcolm X? I think not. It is interesting to me that the Dunhams were in Seattle at the same time as Malcolm X, they apparently left suddenly headed for Hawaii. In Hawaii one of Malcolm X’s friends, Frank Marshall Davis, was Obama’s mentor. When Obama became an adult he went to Chicago - of all the places he could have chosen. He was accepted immediately into Chicago’s inner circles. Valerie Jarrett’s father-in-law was a close friend of Frank Marshall Davis and now she is an adviser to Obama.
Let’s be honest here, in the 1960s if a white woman/girl had sex with or was involved with a black man, no white man would be with her afterwards. So, it is not surprising that there are stories of a sexual relationship with Frank Marshall Davis as well. It is not surprising that she in fact had a relationship with an Indonesian and left the U.S. for many years - reportedly working in both Indonesia and Pakistan (another long story). It is not that way now, people care less about inter-racial couples. But then - as a teenager she had already ruined any chance she could possibly have had as a reputable wife to a white man.
What do you think would happen to Obama right now if he came out and publicly acknowledge that he is the son of Malcolm X?
I think so. And I think the upper echelon of Black Political Circles in Chicago knew it, and I think that’s why so many just fell in line behind him.

Of course Obi won't spend money in states where he isn't on the ballot, but maybe having his obnoxious voice and mug on even more in the other states will further doom his re-election.

If his BC has Obama on it, it documents that he is a Natural born Kenyan. This is why he will not let it be seen. It is a conerstone to his documentation of Kenyan citizenship.
The GA house and senate is majority Repub. But there is only three days left of the current session so it will have to wait until January. But there’s a chance it could pass.
