Wrong word, racists are not universally identical in policy or action. Racism is highly diversified (whee, I used the "D" word) in application. More refined descriptors (like separatist, supremacist, segregationist, or classist) MAY bring more accuracy, but one racist may be willing to hire a black if necessary and another would not under any circumstances.
