Club - K container missile system. Stills from an animated film being used to market a missile system that allows cruise missles to be launched from a freight container. this can be loaded onto a lorry, ship, or train as desired tomove into position before launching missiles
Terrifying. But does this club-med missile exist anywhere but in CGI-world?
Shocking...
Is Obama aware?
Has this thing actually been tested? Russia’s arms-makers are starting to acquire a reputation for empty chest-beating.
In a sane world, the Russians’ marketing of such a potential tool of terror would prompt the most serious response by the United States of America.
Its afoot now. Even CGI programmer guys see it.
The Club is already in service with the Indian and Chinese navies-in submarine and shiplaunched variants.
Our biggest foe is complacency
In the current world Russia is building 2 Kalashnikov factorys in Venezuela.
They are selling them 6 nuke fast attack subs.
The Chinese have just dibbed in with 20 billion dollar loan.
Iran and NK are getting similar favors
Yeah. And we have a “soft power” traitor in the White House.
I did some googling. No footage or photos of an actual Club-K missile. If it has existed awhile in ship-sub-launched versions then it must have another name as well. Is it a new version of the existing SS-N-19/P-700 missile, as carried on the Kirov class surface ships and Oscar class submarines?
Big Time.
Since the lanes are defined it wouldnt be that hard to defeat. The thing that sucks here is the encroachment.
And Obama is encouraging it.
Nope-the Klub is a family of anti-ship, land-attack and anti-sub missiles which pretty much combines aspects of the Tomahawk and older Russian supersonic weapons.

I refine my position.
If these things can be launched from any where the lanes arent defined.
Imagine a modified Tractor trailer rig.
Eh, problem with Russian stuff is that it can go by a zillion designations, along with it’s NATO designation. The Klub also comes in a bunch of mix-and-match versions, which makes it confusing.
You’re more likely to find it under the SS-N-27 “Sizzler” designation in news stories.

Some of the variants are multi-stage with a terminal sea skim of Mach 2-3, which is pretty scary (if it works.)
Klub K can be tipped with a tactical nuclear weapon.
