Keep questioning Obama.

The more ‘flak’(personal attacks) he sends out the closer we are to the target(exposing his Marxist agenda).

For the buffoon odumbo everytime he attacks or comes out negative it reminds people that he is not the “post partisan man” he lied to be!

This only hurts him more while the left wing loons love it but they would vote for Hitler so nothing to see there

BS. He will send them the computer printout COLB from Hawaii DOH. Nothing in any State law asks for anything more than that, or has any provisions for authentication of the document (if you are one who buys into the idea that the document is fake).

If you think asking for a COLB is some sort of crucifix that will keep the 0bama vampire at bay in 2012, you are deluding yourself.

0bama will be their nominee, and unless the GOP fields a strong candidate, he will win.

You'll notice I said "if."
Between now and the 2012 elections, I am expecting at least one state to enact a law that will NOT allow a substitute for the original, despite whatever Hawaii says is their SOP.

GWB acted like a President that would not use the office to intimidate individual Americans from challenging him. The President should be the executor of laws, not a petty campaign manager. The Office wields so much power that the disparity between it and any one person should not be used as an advantage.

Obama? Just a stupid street pol with zero class or appreciation for the system.

Full faith and credit.

Some states no longer “do” original paper copies. Would their citizens be ineligible to be on the Presidential ballot?

Sorry, but a COLB from Hawaii DOH (assuming it IS from Hawaii DOH), will legally satisfy all requirements for proof of birth under the full faith and credit clause.

But keep pinning your hope on the long-shot instead of working towards an electoral majority that defeats 0bama, if that is what you think is going to work. I don't.

Not sure I follow you. What does that have to do with a state law requiring a certified original birth certificate from a presidential candidate?

Obama acts and talks like a two-bit street punk. If he didn’t come from such a complete disasterous family background, perhaps there would have been someone around to teach him a little humility.

I’m no constitutional law expert, but does “full faith and credit” have anything to do with the kind of paperwork one state can require from another if it exists? Does it mean Hawaii can dictate in such cases? That’s hard to fathom. I always thought “full faith and credit” meant that one state would have to honor the mere validity of another state’s laws. (Not necessarily acquiesce in all of their administrative decisions.)

Yet another reason for the Tea Party to remain leaderless.

0bummer cannot personalize the opposition.

It would also make a difference if the Hawaii regulations still allowed for the provision of a certified copy of the original birth certificate if one should be specifically requested. I would be surprised if there were no such option available.

I think this strategy will fail because whether or not a few Wall Street executives get slapped around has little tangible impact upon the typical Obama voter, sitting at home watching Judge Judy on her couch in Detroit.

You will know it's panic when you see more retail-level pandering such as capping bank fees, cable TV rates, credit card interest, a foreclosure moratorium, etc.

Don't know why you should mind inquiries about 0bama's birth status. Whatever they may or may not eventually reveal, the reaction they provoke from the regime is both entertaining and intriguing.

After all, rather than court-martial an officer who questioned Baraq al-Husseini's orders on the grounds of his Constitutional eligibility, they reassigned him.

They are hiding something, and it's probably worse than merely embarrassing.

Once chastised for not being tough enough, President Barack Obama has lately been getting personal with his political adversaries — singling them out for scorn in speeches, interviews, asides and even in his weekly radio address.

He's lost every debate. Socialism always fails. All he has left to work with is ridicule.
All those who don't agree with him are called poo poo heads. That ought to win hearts and minds, right?

Really, this guy cannot debate, cannot reason....

All he knows is Alinski tactics. That's all he's ever done. That's all he's ever taught.
We've figured it out. Now what does he do? He doesn't know anything else.
