You know, there is really an easy solution to this mess...
In the case of Arizona they need to roundup the folks violating
the law, feed them well, put them on nice buses.... and deliver them
to the state line of those states who find this such a terrible situation.
That way, they can spend their own money in being more ‘humane’
and it takes the responsibility away from the border states. A good
dose of that would be good for our ‘inland’ and more liberal states.
And the state of Mexico, which these fascists confuse with a race, is dissolving right now before our eyes. More violence there then in Iraq. There wont be a Mexico at all in a couple of years without US troops patrolling their streets. Which of course means Adios Mexico.
People dont seem to understand that. Not one bit.
You don’t just tear up a contract because you don’t like it. That ain’t the way it works.
But they got around saying they were tearing up contracts by calling it “bailouts”.
Fine.
Nobody is standing near me ready to bail my ass out if I borrow 200K and can’t pay it back.
The guy needs to be impeached for advocating a position that violates the law.
Texas sucks. But Washington , Oregon ,Arizona , Idaho , and a bunch of other states are great. I even saw on television that Michigan is good for business opportunity. Oh, and of course the commercial for this really cool place called " California" looked good.
And the electricity. Then they may curse the darkness and thirst for water.

Section 10 - Powers Prohibited of States
"No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility."
They may not be passing a "law impairing the Obligation of Contracts," but they are encouraging the willful violation of contracts.

There is one minor little impediment to Mr. Steinberg’s plan: The United States Constitution, Article I Section 10, paragraph 1:
“No State shall . . . pass any . . . Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts”.

Over here in the east, we call it “white flight” even though it isn’t a matter of color. When the criminal and moocher trash are given govt incentive to move in, the productive law-abiding people start leaving.
