Police say five people from the greater Atlanta area are being held without bond after an officer who stopped a car found two explosive devices filled with shrapnel.

A search warrant was obtained for an address in Buford, where officers discovered materials to manufacture such devices.Nope, no terrorism there, no way, no how.
