Well, that's not quite right. This isn't really a message from the Arizona tourism bureau. But, if no one else is going to stand up for Arizona, I sure will.
Not only am I not participating in the boycott of the state over its common-sense stand on the illegal-alien invasion, I am actively promoting tourism there. I find myself looking for a reason to visit the fair state – support it, praise the people of Arizona for standing up and acting courageously, doing something that will not only benefit Arizonans but all Americans as well.
What exactly is it that has Barack Obama and his minions in such an uproar? They say it isn't "fair" to ask people on the street for identification because of suspicion they might be illegal aliens.
Ironically, the same people who make this claim have no problem promoting national ID cards for all Americans. They have no problem with intrusive Census questions for all Americans. They have no problem with invasive tax returns. They have no problem with requiring ID checks at the White House and the Congress of the United States. They have no problem with ID checks just to get in the door of virtually every government building in Washington, D.C. They don't even have a problem with profiling Americans, as long as the profiling is of military veterans, churchgoers, patriots, opponents of abortion and tea-party activists.

What's not fair to us, in AZ and elsewhere, is to be gunned down, run over, infected, maimed, robbed, raped, burglarized, property damaged, our natural areas gutted, etc. etc. while the D.C. elites sit in their fortresses and dictate "fairness"!!

I for one, have changed our vacation plans to include a visit Arizona. I just hope your sun doesn’t melt my Airstream. LOL
The last time I visited a small portion of your state, we were on a Harley and it was 116*.. hot, hot, way too hot. Ad to that the heat from the road and motor! I don’t think I could take that again. So, this time we are bringing our own air-conditioner. ;>)
We can’t come down during the winter, because we would have trouble getting through our snow and ice covered mountains..... but we will be there.

You may want to reconsider that last comment.
By paying for rehab at an AZ. facility that allows those rehab clinics to stay open, grow and hire more people. Those are the people that are then spending the money that the rehab attendees pay to try and get their lives back together.
So, I do hope they continue to go to Az. which is an indirect boost to the economy.

The shooter then went on to carjack a gal and then went to a movie theatre parking lot the next night and shot 6 bullets into a carload of high school girls!!!
The shooter had my boyfriend's ID and the gal's cell phone on him when the cops arrested him..... IDIOT!!!!
Needless to say....the shooter got 16 years and his pal 2 years for ratting on his buddy. I am glad they are locked up....however we are paying for these thugs to be incarcerated....it just chaps my hide...
