My apologies. I confused the AZ Daily Star with azcentral.com.
You won’t find azcentral.com on the copyright page, but the posting software will not let you post an article from there.
I have mentioned that anomaly, as well as some others, to Jim Rob but he seems unwilling to update the copyright page for some reason.
