Shooting at an aircraft should be an even more serious offense than shooting at one person.
I think this was ground patrol but nonetheless.. Why don’t the Sheriff’s vehicles (or Sheriff’s) have GPS on them? (maybe costs are an issue) It took over an hour for authorities to locate him.. He could’ve died in that time.

This is an act of war. The druggies have declared war, thus the area is a battleground. Same rules should apply by Arizona law agencies until the border is secured. Innocents? Stay out!!!
