Another reason why the Constitution has always treated voting as a privilege (To be earned)....and not a right. Too many nincompoops vote.

The one thing that disturbs me even more than the fact that so many thought him a “swell guy” is that even today his poll numbers are nearly as bad as they should be.

Of course if anyone even mentioned that his middle name is "Hussein" they were deemed racist and worse. Hardly anyone in the MSM even mentioned the possibility that he might not be eligible. IOW, a public debate or discussion of the issue was deemed "not politically correct".

I agee insofar that it is a testament as to what this Nation has become since the end of WWII for various reasons and purposes. However, I also believe that BHO is very deserving of indictment just on his own for using unintended loopholes in our Constitutional government to change such Government. The two factors are bonded together.
