(CNSNews.com) - Actor and comedian Marlon Wayans said it is “tough” to make jokes about President Barack Obama because he’s “actually trying to do something good” but added that “they had a field day with Bush” and “the Sarah Palin jokes are hilarious.” Film Director Judd Apatow said he agreed with Wayans.
At the recent Creative Coalition’s “Art and Soul” gala, CNSNews.com asked Wayans, “As an actor and a comedian, what do you think about the comedy shows and the jokes that have been made about President Obama? Do you think they’ve been fair? Are they too easy on him?”
Wayans said, “Honestly, I haven’t seen any hilarity yet. I think he’s a tough one because he’s actually trying to do something good. Like, they had a field day with Bush -- Bush jokes all day. But I haven’t seen a really good one [about Obama].”
“Now, the Sarah Palin jokes are hilarious,” said Wayans. “I think Tina Fay doing all that on Saturday Night Live is hilarious. She does a better Sarah Palin than Sarah Palin does. So, I mean, Barack, he’s a tough one. He’s a tough cookie to crack, if you will. He’s hard.”

Answer: it’s easy to make jokes about someone you despise and disrespect.
On the other hand, it’s hard to make jokes about someone you worship.
That’s why it’s easy for me to make jokes about brocko, and that’s why it’s impossible for Wayans to bring himself to do it.

Marlon Wayans is an American television and movie actor, producer and comedian. Wayans film debut came in the 1988 movie I’m Gonna Git Ya Sucka, where he had the bit part of a pedestrian. His first big role came in the movie Mo’ Money, which he co-starred in with his brother Damon Wayans.
Since he made his film debut Marlon Wayans has gone on to appear in other such movies and television shows as the Scary Movie series, The Wayans Brothers, In Living Color, White Chicks, Little Man and Norbit.
He can next be seen in Scary Movie 5 and GI Joe

I agree. I saw some guy named Alonzo Boden a few weeks back. What a mistake! He knocked Palin, Arizona and conservatives.....He sucks! It’s hard to laugh at watching our country going go down the socialist toilet!

This is why the left and their media always make a point about trying to identify the leadership on the Right. It’s impossible to use Alinsky’s rule 13 unless you have a party head. That’s why Sarah is the target for virtually all of their attacks even though she holds no office.

If Sarah Palin or another figurehead on the right didn’t exist during the Obama years, the comics would be out of business.
I won’t be surprised if they also can’t figure out why they just aren’t amiing the money they used to either....I personally think their made up personal of Sarah Palin sounds like a bunch of kids in Jr high school with a whisper campagne and I haven’t found it funny at all. I can find lots of things to make fun of with Obama and his wife completely based in truth and no need to make things up!
