This is absolutely disgusting.
The illegal should have been deported post haste (presuming he wasn’t wanted for anything). He isn’t a citizen therefor he isn’t entitled to ANYTHING.
Kick his butt out if he doesn’t deserve to go to jail, and get rid of the America hating corrupt judge.
Lawsuits by illegals have been going on for many years. Illegals refer to it as winning the lottery. They sue Border Patrol and other government agencies all the time and get settlements that are not disclosed. They show up at hospitals in labor with no medical records, no prenatal care and if anything goes wrong- sue the doctor and the hospital when they would not have paid the bills had everything gone right. Many lawyers encourage this and will represent them. A couple years ago a Border Patrol vehicle with illegal prisoners wrecked and lawyers showed up at the hospital right away to help the illegals sue.
We really need to secure the border and get rid of illegals, they cost us so much more than we know- in so many ways.
