If he knows who did this, he needs to be rounded up and questions.
To: Excellence
First off. Most of his facts are wrong.
Second, how does a caller provide written stuff?

He telephoned the reporter and dictated it over the phone.

The Cross is being protected as per the article.
What a “newspaper” can’t tell the difference between a letter and a phone call. Editor is probably a California school grad!

His “answers” seem somewhat muddled and confused. Somehow I'm betting this is just someone that wants attention. The real perpetrators of this crime are more likely of the ultra liberal scumbag variety.
To: Excellence
This favoritism and exclusion clearly violates the establishment clause of the US Constitution. You bunch of damn stupid fools. It does not establish any such clause of the Constitution. You are fools. And anyway the land is not owned by the Government, it is private land. You are now criminals. As a veteran this group are pigs.
To: Excellence
As far as I know the cross was erected in 1934 and was on private land at the time. It is again private land right now.

.
So it’s OK to take direct action if SCOTUS is wrong?
Cool.

He must have used a “Voice Facimile” (V-FAX).
I tell you, this new technology today NEVER ceases to amaze me.

It was my understanding it was originally erected in 1932 not 1998. Secondly, It was really sad to see the liberal’s in this country forced a wood crate to be mounted around the cross while the legal battle raged on. The United States should be proud of its Christan history.
By the way I am an American JEW. The cross does not offend me. I am comfortable with it being in a park as it was there to honor the WW1 Vet.

Hmm.
Holding the Cross hostage.
The last time this was done, it was the Muslims in the wars with the Crusader States.
