I don’t know but all told what I heard is between federal and state charges they could very well spend upwards of 20 years behind bars.
I recommend someone take the “non sectarian monument” he created and shove it straight up his thieving behind.
Replace the cross and protect it from left wing law breaking scum.
RE: By the way I am an American JEW. The cross does not offend me.
As a Christian, I would feel the same way if some athiest steals the Star of David from its public location, government or private land.
The caller is so against discrimination of any sort that he can’t or won’t discriminate between good and evil.
Seems a little lenient to me.
How do you question such a sick mind?
You ask reasonable questions and get crazy answers.
My question is: Can the perp be prosecuted? Under what law and by whom?
Explain yourself.
the non-Christians have no symbol they can display to represent them, so they should NOT be offended by a group of people who DO have one. I am sick of “victims” demanding the rest of us submit to THEM.
Yes I think a more fitting punishment would be to let a bunch of vets have at them with baseball bats!
Excellent point. Hmmm, indeed.
Bullet point #6. Discrimination in any form is intolerable. Isn’t this guy discriminating against Christians?
I have subpoena’d records to trace blocked calls. Even when they block a call, it can be undone and a record produced.
It seems that the only people upset by religious symbols are atheists and new-agers. Those who have religious beliefs generally aren’t offended by symbols of different beliefs. Incidents like this continue to show me how intolerant and petty the atheists and new-agers are.
Explain yourself.
Just my sarcastic nature. It is obviously highly improbable that any legitimate religion would do this. I would bet 10 to 1 that it was an atheist group. Or Scientologists. Or maybe the Amish, lol.
Who does this POS think he is that he can decide what is allowed and what isnt.
he needs a trip to the local jail for a couple of years to teach him that his speech is free , but his vandalism isnt.
I think we can rule out Amish.
Obviously, he/she/it is just another lowlife Obama voter.
Gotta love the hypocrisy of this guy talking about discriminating against religion while making absolute moral proclamations of how things should be.
Gotcha, thanks.
