Youre absolutely correct. Mainly because he doesnt know what to do about it. He has no cajones. Apparently no one has any cajonies, Truman left that mess for us after firing MacCarthur.

He will withdraw US troops from South Korea, freeing up more money to give away to cronies and to spend on boondoggles.

Yep, withdraw troops that are giving a threatening appearanc to our presence on the DMZ. And as we all know, we must make up for the mistakes of the past, and show that we are not a threat to PRK

Except that this is as much a chinese powerplay as dpnk. s korea can’t face down china. another blow to us prestige. we are losing spheres of influence right and left. Well at least we have the mexican sphere of influence left. I know, low blow. But Calderon does seem to love us and our blissfully ignorant, politically docile ways.

Did we actually DECLARE war against North Korea? Or just start fighting it, as in Vietnam and all others since?
To: sonofstrangelove
You do not accuse, you either deliver some payback or STFU. It’s harder that it looks of course, there’s no easy way to deal with NK

Or just start fighting it, as in Vietnam and all others since?http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean_War
In the United States, the war was officially described as a police action owing to the lack of a declaration of war by the US Congress. Colloquially, it has been referred to in the United States as The Forgotten War and The Unknown War. Ostensibly it was a United Nations conflict, ended in stalemate
