The hotly contested race for the Republican nomination in both the U.S. Senate and Attorney General races are tightening up with the primary only three weeks away, the Small Business Action Committee/M4 Strategies Poll found.

In the U.S. Senate contest, Tom Campbell leads with field with 32.6%, with Carly Fiorina close behind at 28.2%, and Chuck DeVore tallying 15.3%. Fiorina has made the biggest movement since the SBAC/M4 Strategies poll in February. At that time, Campbell had a similar 32%, Fiorina was at 18% and DeVore stood at 11%.

The poll conducted on May 12, 13, and 16 of 600 high propensity Republican voters has a margin of error of 4%.

Campbell and Fiorina are now in the margin of error and the person with the most resources has a good chance of winning the nomination.

I would think DeVore would do better. If CA really wants change; they would vote for him.

So what the poll is saying is: the candidates currently poll in the inverse of who is most Conservative.

This is so frustrating. Should be DeVore, then Fiorina, then Campbell if the party is CONSERVATIVE. Instead, it's upside-down. Grrr..

Between February and present, DeVore has surged from 11% to 15%.

To win in CA you need name recognition and lots of money, two of which Chuck does’nt have. No wonder his campaign is going no where.

Just wait until we get "open" primaries here.
We'll soon get to pick between 2 RATs in the general election.

SCREW RINOS.

We showed them in UTAH.

We showed them in KENTUCKY.

We must show them in CALIFORNIA.

End of story.

“I despise Campbell & two-faced failure FioRINO”

Which one do you despise more? If it’s Fiorna then you want Devore to stay in as the savior, if it’s Campbell then you want Devore out as the spoiler.

We need to work harder. Chuck needs and all out push from his supporters and those big names who have endorsed him. What we have lacked is consistency. DeVore or a third party with money needs to shake up this race. We really need two weeks of ads state wide to really change the dynamic. The good thing is the NRA is now running ads against Campbell but we need other groups to do the same. The target should be Campbell. Conservatives seem to be confused and are planning on voting for him because they don’t really know his record. Fiorina is picking up the biggest share of moderate votes. She is losing the woman’s vote. Her biggest benefit is that she is playing across the board though weakly. Chuck DeVore’s problem is name recognition or else he’d be far more competitive state wide. Fiorina has negatives that are twice as high as Campbell and DeVores. This can be won but it takes some of the players who are in wait and see mode getting off the sidelines and helping Chuck fight this.

Fiorina is wonderful. We must get off the DeVore train or we are doomed.
